Welcome to Salsa Kingdom
Welcome to the home of the 3rd Annual Salsa Kingdom 2010, the UK’s Premier Latin Music and Dance Festival.
Following its two highly acclaimed predecessors, this year’s Salsa Kingdom is bigger, bolder and better than ever.
In this, the festival’s third year, we will be taking over the classic seaside resort of Southport once more and turning it into a living, breathing region of Latin America for the entire festival weekend.
We will be bringing even more theatre shows, bands, dance workshops and Salsa parties to the event, making the weekend so packed full of fun and genuine Salsa flavour that you’d swear you were on the beaches of Cuba or the streets of Havana.
Whether you are joining us for an hour or the whole weekend it’s going to be Europe’s biggest and best non-stop Salsa party - Salsa Kingdom style.
In addition to a Who’s Who of world class Salsa legends we have joined forces with a host of other leading UK Salsa promoters who will each be hosting their own events on Salsa Kingdom’s fringe festival in and around the Lord Street area of Southport.
The hugely popular Salsa Kingdom Street Party will run all day Saturday and Sunday, and if that isn’t enough to satisfy your insatiable appetite
to party then you can boost the authenticity of your visit by filling up on superb Latin cuisine at one of the many incredible restaurants taking part.
And the legendary Salsa Kingdom workshops are back. The workshops run for all dance styles of Salsa whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced.
You choose what you want to do and when you want to do it - leave the rest to our world class and highly acclaimed instructors
So take a look at our festival programme, whet your appetite and we’ll see you on the dancefloor.
Gold and Silver festival passes go on sale from February 1st at heavily discounted early bird prices. Individual tickets will go on sale 1st June.
